as far as the insurgents go, the people that have the best weaponry, training, and urge are gonna win, i think. in this case it means those people already causing the problem. i think that they will all kill each other off, but more of the insurgents are gonna survive than those not prepared.
of course i realise this reflects the exact opposite of most situations occuring in history. very few civil uprises actually result in the actual overthrow and complete change of power, like they are wanting. america's independance from it's mother country is one of the few related topics in which the "rebels" get exactly what they want through force and guerilla warfare. not quite a complete accurate comparison to this situation, but close enough to shed a different perspective. -------------------- |
