Greg and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to move into a house with us. We have some possibilities for houses but it won't be solid until late May. I would just like to feel comfortable knowing we have a solid 3rd. I don't want to commit to anything until I'm sure. We're actually going out today and looking at possible houses. personal experiances may vary, but heres a few examples:
1) bad communication between om's and tl's. each of them say something different, the reps never know who to listen to, creating dissention. 2) never a consistant schedule 3) bad training. The trainers, with the exception of maybe 2, have no clue how to even do that job, since they themselfs dont take calls. 4) repeating the -EXACT- same bullshit for 8-10 hrs to people that dont listen to you no matter how much you try to be nice to them and help them. 5) bad software. the software they give you to work with is very buggy, crashes constantly and has inconsistant information. ---- I cant say that Convergys is all bad, there are some cool people that work there and all but that fucking place just drives you insane. The pay is bullshit for the crap you put up with. --------------------  |
