Now, I honestly don't care one way or the other about whether or not there's a xxx domain. i'm glad it was rejected because that'd make it too easy for filters to block porn sites, and you can bet that every major isp would block them
now if we lived in a normal free society that didn't censor every little thing then i would be all for it, but we're not even close to a free/censorless society the right wing conservative groups were against it because giving porn it's own top level domain would legitimize the internet porn industry, and they didn't want that to happen |
