Well, I joined a gym and started a workout program. Thus, I now ache in muscles that I didn't even know I had.

Now, here's the thing. The trainer didn't tell me how much cardio I should be doing, but rather showed me how to do the exercises (not like they're that hard). He said to find out exactly how much I should be doing, I'd have to spend $120 on a nutritionist. As 1) I don't have that and 2) that sounds like a lot to be spending anyway, I decided against it.

Would anyone be able to give me at least a roundabout estimate of how much cardio I should be doing?

nice, keep it up.

i need to find a better way to ride my bike home from campus. (from 55th & utica) i usually ride to flint and then take it all the way to the school. it seems like it's slightly downhill, and with the wind at my back, it only takes like 20 miuntes casually. going back sucks, though, because it's slightly uphill. i think i'm screwed because any route is probably going to be uphill on the way back. maybe i'm imagining the slope and it was just the wind? does lubbock have a gradual slope?
