Well, I joined a gym and started a workout program. Thus, I now ache in muscles that I didn't even know I had.

Now, here's the thing. The trainer didn't tell me how much cardio I should be doing, but rather showed me how to do the exercises (not like they're that hard). He said to find out exactly how much I should be doing, I'd have to spend $120 on a nutritionist. As 1) I don't have that and 2) that sounds like a lot to be spending anyway, I decided against it.

Would anyone be able to give me at least a roundabout estimate of how much cardio I should be doing?

have someone spot you while you run
run till you passout
have them mark down your time and distance
then don't run that much
