Well, I joined a gym and started a workout program. Thus, I now ache in muscles that I didn't even know I had.
Now, here's the thing. The trainer didn't tell me how much cardio I should be doing, but rather showed me how to do the exercises (not like they're that hard). He said to find out exactly how much I should be doing, I'd have to spend $120 on a nutritionist. As 1) I don't have that and 2) that sounds like a lot to be spending anyway, I decided against it. Would anyone be able to give me at least a roundabout estimate of how much cardio I should be doing? -------------------- Holy shit, pebkac, you're awesome! yeah I was just gonna say your heart rate will tell you all of that, there are charts that work for pretty well everyone.... then the more endurance you build up the more you'll burn, etc.
The main thing you dont wanna do if you're going from being almost totally lethargic (like me) to a workout plan is too much, because you will burn yourself out and then you don't do anything. The best thing is consistent light workouts and gradually build up your intensity. -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!
