the more muscle you build, the harder your heart obviously has to work to pump blood to your muscles.
I think that I should lose weight NOW as opposed to remaining as heavy as I am, and just deal with the fact that I will never be the strongest guy in the gym... Especially if you consider the fact that being the strongest guy in the gym is fucking pointless, because you can't even kick somone's ass who weighs 60 pounds less than you that knows how to fight. so, I'm gonna start like doing plyometric stuff to get my heart in shape and screw the weight lifting crap so maybe I'll live longer. sound like a plan? ![]() -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!
