Anyone have any experience training for a triathlon?

i've ran a few half marathons and used to do sprint triathlons in lubbock, but i've been out of the game for about 2 years and am looking to get back in by doing a half triathlon. i'm a member at 24 hour fitness so i'll check out their programs and see what they offer.
