There are other Democrats who have testified that they were told about the waterboarding. This seems like a huge sleight of hand. First Obama distances himself from the release of interrogation and captive pictures, letting the ACLU take the fall for it, even though he could issue an executive order and stop the release of the photos and now this. I'm sick of this shit being in the news. All this time & money being wasted trying to figure out how to make sure terrorists get a fair trial. Chicken is dead on... just a big redirect of attention from all the BS Obama wants to pull on everyone.
