Finally under contract on the house. Got the inspection done today and everything is A-OK. Got some pics on the iphone.

now just rip up the carpet and have either the original wood flooring (if it's in good shape) or wood laminate.
Fuck carpet. =) And yes, that backyard is very VERY nice. Great looking kitchen too. -------------------- |
