The new version of Trillian (still in beta) is now more readily available, if you go sign up here:

I had signed up a few months ago, but did it again just now and immediately got the invite. If you want it and that doesn't work let me know and it gives me friend invites.

Hrm, they're going to have an OS X version? I might have to check it out and compare against Adium. Chris has Trillian Pro and will probably be interested in Astra. I'll let you know if he needs an invite.
