Ah, scams... Options

I knew when I got this guy's first email that it was probably a scam, but I wasn't 100% sure. I decided to reply, knowing that if he responded, it should be clear whether it was legit or not. Well, definitely NOT. Haha...

Dear Tutor,

Thanks for replying back to our online job posting, requiring your tutor service for my Daughter, I would like to make a tutoring arrangement between you and my Daughter for the month of Jan 25 2008, I would like you to tutor her within a period of 4 weeks, on a schedule basis of 1hr Daily, 4 times weekly.We are paying you the first week teaching payment before she will be coming so that you can ensure you are hired for this work and we pay the weekly wages of $500. I would like to use these medium to inform you that my Daughter don't live in the US, she would be flying from Sweden to the US, I want you to teach her English during this period of staying in the US, if there is need to extend your services, an amendment would be made to your salary. The Local Library would be your meeting place with her, she would be dropped off/picked up by her nanny during the hours of teaching.


Payment Terms & Condition:

You would be receiving a Certified check that will be purchased from any bank in US from my business associates in the US, since i am from Sweden and Sweden payments wont be honored in a bank in the US, These check would be made out for the cost of the tutorial services you are rendering, and also for the living expense, nanny fees of my Daughter. Regarding this.

I hope i can trust you with these payments, as the payment would be made out in excess, so all you have to do is cash the payment, deduct your part for the services, and send the remainder to the Nanny who would be contacting you with futher arrangements and instructions regarding pickup/drop off of my Daughter to the library where you would always teach her. So hope i can trust you that you will teach my Daughter good academics and some moral respects so that they can be good to their self in the future, i hope i can count on you for the tutorial and the money to be sent to the Nanny.

You should just see if you can give them your bank account information so they can put the payments directly into your account.
