Here is a place to discuss your opinions on upcoming movies. When the movie actually comes out and people have a chance to say what they think about the flick post-viewing, then i think it will be ok to make a separate thread for the movie.

And if you are going to whine about movies, and let me be the first to call myself a harsh critic, then i suggest you back up your claims with some sort of support.






initally i would like to mention that ultraviolet looks neat. made by kurt wimmer (equilibrium). my roommate pointed out that he was sort of tired of seeing female action leads, but he is not a big fan of action movies in general. i, however, think i like movies more if they have female leads, especially action movies. (underworld, kill bill, pee-wee's big adventure, etc.)

Stick It: I think this will be cute, for some reason. Or it could just be the same-ol', same-ol' rebellious teen redefining a sport thing.

Superman Returns: God, tell me I'm not the only person who thinks this is gonna suck...

Kinky Boots: At the very least, the title is awesome.

Little Miss Sunshine: What can I say -- I'm a sucker for Sundance Film Festival flicks. Plus it has Steve Carrell in it, so it can't be all bad, right? The little girl looks like she's gonna piss herself when she's listening to the answering machine, though.
