Mine: MWF - Bench press, curls, shoulder shrugs (sometimes), the rope with the weights on the end that you role up (basically forearms), back exercises, some abs MTWRF - A "jump" program which gives you explosive leg power, increases your vertical leap, and increases sprinting speed. Works with repetitions of different jumping motions. I'm not looking to bulk up, just become more fit, stronger, faster, etc. |

I did 130 lb deadlifts yesterday! ![]() I finally returned to the gym and did 145 deadlift to start. My legs are huring bad! -------------------- Southern Rock, beer and bears!
