i've seen a few interviews with him and he's really been humbled by being benched. he said this is the best thing for him because he needed to be sat down, forced to watch the game, and learn what it takes to lead a team. he's just always been so much better than everyone that he wasn't used to being challenged.

I'm not the biggest Vince Young fan but I appreciated that.
