NOT the job of the government to make sure the middle class isn't "annihilated" despite how retarded the idea that the middle class will be annihilated is.

If rich people need something done... what exactly do they have to do? oh yeah PAY people. Thus they aren't hording the money, its going back to everyone else. Wealth in stock and equity grows business (thus jobs), and money in banks is lended out for OTHERS to make money. Your idea of money hording that needs to be solved is laughable at best. You are merely proposing that more money go to the GOVERNMENT which doesn't give money back, they make wasteful shit programs that fail because of being run by a beurocracy.

Really, I think a trip over to wikipedia might help because I think there are some misconceptions about the estate tax.
