Sucks that my 'stros didn't get in, but can't be too upset about an 86-75 season. The NL central sure had some heavy hitters this year... 4 teams with 86+ wins. FOUR friggin teams that could have won the NL west... sad. Who's going to win it all? I wouldn't mind seeing Milwaukee going all the way. Or even the Phillies.

Boston/LAAoA
Toughest DS matchup to predict. On one hand, CAwaitAAwaitLAAoA have the best record in baseball, on the other hand Boston has beat them I think the last three years. All depends on if Beckett is healthy. The Artist Formerly Known As The California/Anaheim/Los Angeles/South Central Angels can't match up in a 5 game series against a rotation of Beckett/Matsuzaka/Lester. Weaver/Santana/Lackey is far inferior. But Boston's most clutch postseason hitter is now playing across the country. Series could go either way. Will probably go 5 games though

Rays vs Sox/Twins
Rays will win. They clinched a playoff spot last month while Chicago and Minnesota have been using up their aces to try to clinch. Chicago would probably stand a better chance against TB. Either way, TB wins in four

Brewers vs Phillies
Phillies in 3. Sheets is hurt, Sabathia for some reason has pitched three straight games on 3 days rest (retarded). I'm usually all for players putting their body on the line to make the playoffs. But Sabathia screwed himself in to not being able to pitch until probably game 3 or 4 unless he wants to risk serious career threatening arm injury. No way in hell he can pitch 1 and 4 or 2 and 5.

Dodgers vs Cubs
Cubs in 4. They'll have home field, they have better starting pitching, and better offense. Too many of the Dodgers' arms are young and unproven (Kershaw, Billingsley). Plus, I don't like the Dodgers. Never have, never will. No reason why, just don't like em.

I'll hold off on picking LCS series until I see how wrong I am
