Ok, not really, but some pirates seized a ship carrying 33 Russian Tanks and tons of ammunition which were sold by the Ukraine to Kenya. So great, now some terrorists are going to get tanks...

I was wondering why Kenya spent the money on 33 tanks instead of food for their citizens.
Unless you were meaning that they Kenyan gov't wanted to use the tanks to keep looters from attacking food shipments. --------------------  A government big enough to give you everything you want is a government big enough to take from you everything you have. |
