Best Places You've Been To Options

I know that a lot of techsans do a lot of traveling, so I thought that it would be cool to post some pics of the coolest places that you have ever visited.
I just got back from a little Scandinavian stint earlier today and thought I would share some pics of absolutely the most spectacularly awesome thing I have ever done/seen/etc...



For those to find out more about the location it's called Kjeragbolten in Southwestern Norway (near the city of Stavanger). Interestingly, a friend pointed it out that it was a location for one of the wherethehellismatt videos.

When I went there was a group of seven BASE jumpers who jumped off it. It was pretty sweet to witness it.

Also, I went to another crazy place in the fjord called Preikestolen, which is this flat triangular overhang about 800m high.



In both places, there are no railings or nettings or any safety precautions. It's reported that there have been no accidental deaths (which I can see because people are SUPER cautious) even with people hanging off/dangling over the edge. Crazy!

I just thought I would share a crazy seldom visited/known area of the world that turns out to be pretty cool. I'm interested to see photos/hear stories about other areas.

My itinerary for the next few months is Philadelphia, Portland, Perth, and different parts of South Africa... It is going to be a hectic few months.

The only decent hotel in town was an Amerihost Inn and was right behind the Bob Evans... Never ate there. I ate everything on the menu at Baristas (since I was there for dinner every night), it was all tasty.
