Family of shooting victim files suit against Hueneme School District Options

This is the story of the cross-dressing boy that the district allowed to cross-dress, more than likely so they wouldn't get sued for discrimination. The boy is shot and killed and now the parents are suing the school district for not enforcing dress code.

The sad part is that they will more than likely win.

We've almost completely removed parental responsibility from the equation.

Another angle of this thing is the fact that the family is calling for "acceptance", not "tolerance". They believe the school should teach about accepting people. Wow. What a dream world. Everyone is not going to be accepted all of the time.

Zach is PMSing obviously. I can't see any other reason why he would attack me for no reason and then attack me some more for still no reason. It's cool. Maybe he is upset about something in his own life. I never once attacked him in recent months (and I don't think I ever have). I bet he feels better now though having taken it out on someone, and who better to take it out on than someone he hardly knows. Sad thing is, Zach is one of the people I usually respect the most. As for the novel Will wrote... well, I was expecting it when I logged on. Nothing new there.

That doesn't offend me. You know what offends me. Because I have an opinion based on my own upbringing that's me claiming I'm perfect? No. If that's how you took it, then that's your problem. Don't drag me down with you on that. My point all along was to try and disprove the notion that sheltering a child from the world causes them to act out worse than others. I don't think I acted out any worse than other college girls. My point was to show that keeping a child away from alcohol doesn't cause them to drink too much as an adult. Sure, I acted like a raging fucking slut at one party. Big fucking deal. OLD NEWS. You don't think I regret that day? I do, but I also know that the only way to make it right is to move on and not do it again. I don't think I'm perfect, but if you insult me like that then yes, I really will start being a bitch. I don't know if you are being sarcastic right now about the good buddy thing, but I did think we were friends at least a little bit so that's why I was thrown a bit in this thread. I'll tone down the preachy talk. That's all you had to say from the get-go. No one even gave me a warning (that I'm aware of).
