Ten year old girl is acting up on a school bus, is handcuffed by a police officer, and now the mom is suing for a million dollars because her daughter "can't ever look and a police officer the same again and is scared of them."

Fiver years old and they can't think of another way to deescalate the situation besides handcuffing the kid to a chair? That's kind of strange. Thoughts on handcuffing young children? |

yeah she's the wife of Joel Osteen, the megachurch preacher from down here. it's been big news down here. and supposedly the defense lawyer (rusty hardin) has already gotten the plaintiff's key witness to admit that victoria osteen was perfectly calm the whole time. f'n lawyers...
