Took a picture of it as I drove to work this morning:
 They were getting ready to turn it over. It was a morning of accidents as there were four accidents within a few miles of each other on 610, I-10, and 290. P.S. - I-10 Eastbound from the Beltway to downtown is complete minus the new toll lanes.
