5 plates on squats today! NeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeWOOHOO!
Next goal: 4 plates on bench ![]() But, this basically means I finally hit one of the goals I set out for myself 4 years ago ![]() 500 pound max on squats .... ![]() I think it will be awhile before I can get 4 plates (405 lbs), and I don't really have a good way of doing military press in Vernal ... no seated cage, but my goal for that was 3 plates. If I can hit 365 on bench by the end of summer I'll be happy though. I do wanna cut like 20 pounds though I fucking weighed myself buck naked on an empty stomach after taking a big dump yesterday morning and I weighed 253 pounds ![]() Finally all the hard work is coming to frutition, and I've done it completley "legally" too ....Only things I've ever taken with the specific purpose of "performance enhancement" were NOXPlode and Creatine Monohydrate, both of which are NCAA-legal. Feels good, now I need to learn how to fight MMA like zach so I can go around killing people and shit. Ha HAAAAA! ![]() -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!

this is weird. two months ago I was just raping the weights...
now I have absolutley no motivation whatsoever to lift at all and it's like all I wanna do is start jogging again and get some wind back then start playing basketball again. What gives? boo! -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!
