Well cable providers are pretty location based. Comcast here will probably be completely different than there. Most cable companies used to be extremely localized, and have only over the past 10 years or so been bought up by larger companies.

We were a test market for their high speed internet and a bunch of their cable shit. It sucked for the first year and then they got way better.
