I believe it is because affirmative action allows less-qualified people to get a job based on their race or sex. A person of African or Hispanic origin (especially if they're female) will get a job over a more qualified Caucasian man because of this racist law.

Raise up with me white brothers! We're not going to take this racism any longer!

actually, my roommate glen and i have the same opinion on this. all of the educated black and hispanic people we know HATE affirmitive action, because no matter how hard they work and make good grades even if they earn their job, everyone thinks they only got it because of affirmitive action.

Affirmative action helped years ago, but is now horribly outdated/obsolete.
