once a week. i have high thread count sheets - high quality lasts forever with regular washings and they just get softer with each cycle!
its not just sweat and sex that gets on your sheets but just skin flakes, hair you shed, and the possibility of getting mites in your bedding increases if you dont take care of them. (dirty sheets give me hives) -------------------- Little monkeys making money
