You're walking down the street in a dense urban area at night. There's hardly anyone around the particular area you're walking. As you're passing by the back door at a night club, a brand new red ferrari pulls up. The driver gets out, goes around to the passenger side, and gets his date out of the car, and as he's putting his coat on her, a $100 bill flies out, unnoticed by either of them. Yeah therin lies the key to the question really. I think if it's found on the ground with no obvious source where it came from, pretty much 100% would keep it.
Also I'm sure the answers would be quite different if we change the circumstances to a beat up old car with a woman and 3 kids getting out at the grocery store. |
