That list should have been the 15 most worthless college degrees and also had:

Psychology - Get a job subdueing teenage crack babies with prescription drugs in a "bad kids" ward.

Sociology - Get a job working for a state government agency handing out welfare checks to crack babies crackhead parents

Environmental (Sciences, Chemistry, et all *) - Get a job making "Go Green" stickers for some whack ass political group as your college professors have brainwashed you too far to accomplish anything else with your life.

* if you get a BS in environmental engineering at least you've learned enough math and physics and chemistry you can get a real job doing something else hopefully.

Politicle Science - If you can even get a job, you're probably going to be relegated to campaigning for minimum wage for whatever party you've decided to be affiliated with. If you get a PhD in this and actually learn some math maybe you'll make campaign manager some day. It's tough to get a job when you have a BS in BS .... literally.


Women's Studies - You can get a job being a professional dyke and teach man-hating to other weirdos at some back asswards liberal arts college in Southern California.

Actually it's a BA (at least mine was), and I had job offers that were pretty nice with just that (legal researcher in a law office here in town, other desk/research jobs)...though I've decided to devote my time to other endeavors.
It's also a good "prep" degree for Law School, which I will be taking the LSAT here in the next few months.

yeah philosophy is a good prep for law school too. I just don't want to do law school so meh. I like what I learned though. I find it to be practical. It's just that employers see philosophy and think psychology. Honestly, I think a bachelor's in psychology is more useless than philosophy but that's just my opinion from what I have gathered. I think that because so many people have psychology degrees and there are hardly any jobs that want someone with specifically a bachelor's in psychology. I personally know a lot of people with psychology degrees and not a single one is working in his/her field. They seem upset about this too. I just wanted a degree that would get my foot in the door at jobs that required a degree in any field. Journalism was the degree I got once I figured out what doors I wanted to be stepping into.

If you mean philosophy is a good prep for law school because it provides a high gpa to match with your lsat... then you are correct. Other than that... yeah... no. Same with political science. Honestly, the best "prep" for law school is being able to write an essay very well, as well as reason out shit on a test like the proffessor wants. Im an editor for a law review at my school and i've yet to write an essay worthy of an "A" (save for Scalia's class)... but then again i am not a very smart person (comparatively with who i go to school with).

Oh and any easy degree that you can get an 4.0 in, no matter what it is in, is not worthless if you are just wanting to apply to law schools. They mainly look at gpa (disregarding what in), and combine it with the LSAT.
