 So, Samsung is coming out with a new phone through Sprint, the Samsung Instinct. My phone right now is a 2+ year old piece of shit, and I need a new one. Anyways, June 20th is suppose the release date. i liked sprints phones, and the service plans.
but i hated with a passion all of their stores, and their people. alays trying to weasle me into signing a new contract. i took my phone to be repaired (WAS EVEN PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE EVERY MONTH) AND THEY TRIED TO SAY THEY WOULDN'T FIX IT UNLESS I SIGNED A NEW CONTRACT. fuck that, i made a scene, and demanded the boss come out and explain to me why i was being refused a service from my current contract thats active. they ended up fixing it for me, but i know the guy didn't get in trouble. and seriously, has anyone had any success with their telephone customer service? i have never, ever been able to get anything useful out of that crock of shit. --------------------  QUOTE (Jessica @ May 7 2007, 01:15 PM)  but yeehaw dammit.
