 So, Samsung is coming out with a new phone through Sprint, the Samsung Instinct. My phone right now is a 2+ year old piece of shit, and I need a new one. Anyways, June 20th is suppose the release date. It looks cool, but man, Sprint is struggling right now.
Read an article the other day (tried searching for it and couldn't find it to post it, but it was either on yahoo or cnn) about customer satisfaction among cell phone providers. Sprint had the lowest customer satisfaction ratings out of the 4 large carriers...by far. Verizon was highest. The article went on to explain that Sprint is definitely struggling right now. I can't say this doesn't surprise me. I had a horrible experience with them. It is cool, though. It kinda looks like this phone from Verizon: http://www.phonesreview.co.uk/wp-content/p...for-verizon.jpg Also, it's about time that Sprint came out with a cool looking phone. They have like 1 or 2 cool phones every 1-2 years. Verizon has the coolest selection of phones IMO. AT&T of course has the iPhone so yeah... T-Mobile is just cheap on their rates. |
