It's funny to me that the man is giving away extremely expensive software and yet yall are complaining about them promoting their products at the same time....

I was responding more to peb than you I just find it somewhat ironic. He's giving away his product because he wants more students to use it. I see this as he knows that one of the reasons Open Source works is because it's free (as in beer) and people will use the tools they have. On that front, good for him.
