There's not a line to draw IMHO. It's not a black and white issue, as is typically made on these boards. Will some people be wrongly wiretapped? Sure. Will some plans to kill Americans be foiled? Yep. Let's be frank, in matters of national security, the NSA/CIA/FBI will do whatever the hell they want to try to get to the bottom of it. In a nuclear world, I see nothing wrong with getting the information they need.
