Finally under contract on the house. Got the inspection done today and everything is A-OK. Got some pics on the iphone.

Living Room:
 Kitchen:  View from master bedroom:  Dining room & some such:  Front door and stairs:  Upstairs "game room" (will be exercise room) w/ Chris looking at attic access:  There are also three bedrooms upstairs, but I didn't take pics of 'em. Not a lot to see. -------------------- |

Very nice, Christine. I really like the backyard a lot. Do you guys plan on doing anything to the house once you buy it? Like painting the rooms, new appliances, etc.?

now just rip up the carpet and have either the original wood flooring (if it's in good shape) or wood laminate.
