use the print screen button located at the top right of your keyboard (usually) then open paint or Photoshop and hit CTRL+v. Save and upload. I dont know if you were being serious or not though, but oh well.

That program rocks! I learned about it from Dr. Oler in Intro to ME and I've had it on my desktop ever since. smile.gif

It's located here, if anyone wants it: http://joshmadison.net/software/

"Let's all"? Did a lot of people do that? I didn't have mine open to show off, for starters. I just happened to have it open at the time of the screenshot. Next time I'll more carefully plan and orchestrate my screenshot to make you happy.

I don't think prefix counts, anyway, because he's obviously actually running linux in that screenshot, or he's running a shell replacement to make us think he is. Doesn't really need the console to make him look special.

You don't really need to finish CoM to understand KH2... I never played CoM (though I did read a bit about it online) and I thought everything in KH2 was pretty clear.

Yes it's the vista Beta 2, I tested it's pretty stable so far, and all the hardware is working, except I still can't get a good driver for my ATI radeon 9800 pro, supports all the resolutions, doesnt run games.

does it still have the USB2.0 bug though? the one where if your system goes idle while a USB2 device is plugged in, it freezes?

im just poking fun because i took his comment towards my desktop as a slight hit against me. im sure the dudes not an asshole im just playing around

but i did lose over 100gb of music so what i have on my desktop is far from a fair representation of my musical preferences (mostly punk though) but i do love U2!

Naw, I wasn't bashing. Just recognizing we had same musical tastes...

actually was thinking of getting a second 24" to even it out, then using that old 17 on the far right for the server's monitor smile.gif . But would like to find the same 24" I already have so they still all have the same bezel. Tough to find them brand new (hell no I aint buyin a used one). seems all the newer samsungs have a larger bezel now.

believe it or not I do use them all... mainly have that many though just because I can't find it within myself to get rid of a perfectly good monitor. the 17" was the first one I got (like 5 years ago), then I got a second 17" to have duals. Bought a 20", then put the 17"s on either side. bought a second 20", gave one of the 17"s to my parents who needed one. bought a second 20" bc I wanted two, put the 17" in the closet. got the 24" because I wanted a widescreen, then put the 20s on the sides, then figured since I had two video cards, and they have two outputs a piece, I might as well get the 17" out of the closet and hook it up. the 17" usually sits there with outlook open on it. left 20" keeps trillian and chat windows open, as well as icons/start menu/etc. the 24" and right 20" is where I do all my browsing/coding/etc. if you've never done duals it's awesome... it's that old government addage: why buy one when you can buy two at twice the price?

Whatever, you use all the monitors to multi-table online poker. The whiteboard shows your strategy...
