Is eating ice bad for the teeth? I seriously can't get enough of the stuff lately. I LOVE ice, and I don't know why. I used to hate it.

It's usually fine. Try going for crushed ice rather than large cubes, as that is less likely to cause damage. But... apparently ice cravings are a symptom of anemia, so you might wanna get checked out for that.

Hmm interesting... I have been diagnosed as anemic several times before, but I thought I was doing better lately.
I don't have an easy way to make crushed ice other than put cubes in a plastic bag and bang it with a hammer. I opted lately for just letting them sit in water for 30 minutes to soften them up a bit. I just don't want to damage my teeth. |

That and corn nuts will damage your teeth. If you get shaved ice it would be better. Invest in a good blender.

I'm hoping this is just a pregnant thing, and it will go away. I haven't craved much while pregnant except for sweets and ice. I always want cookies and muffins, but I never have them.

If you've been diagnosed as anemic before, then I'd highly recommend getting tested again... especially with being pregnant and all. But it could well be some weird pregnancy craving.
