I think we can beat OSU but i'm not sure after that. We definately dont belong in the NCAA tourney, we'd be much better off in the NIT

i think it's just a privilege to be given an invite to any post season tournament.
we could sit at home like we did a few years ago. half of college football plays in a bowl game, so half of college basketball plays in a tournament. -------------------- Don't sweat the petty, pet the sweaty.

Oh I'd much rather be in the NIT than nothing at all. I just don't see how anyone coule think we'd be "better off" in the NIT than the NCAA.

Oh, and using the Big 12 thing as an excuse. Maybe Tech belongs in one of those smaller, less competitive conferences. I don't know how many times I've glanced over at the TV and seen Tech getting blown out by 25 or 30 points against a conference opponent. Losing by 44 to aggy? Jesus Christ

Kansas and Okie Lite have both won 2 NCAA championships. Our conference is pretty tough we just don't have alot to show for it. But this year both UT and KU have a pretty good chance of bringing home the trophy.
Also I feel wed be better off in the NIT because we would have a fighting chance and we could go a few rounds, good prep for future tournaments. If we went to the NCAA we would proabably be blown apart first game and i can't see anything positive coming from that. But we all know that Impala is always right on the internet and the rest of us don't know shit /sarcasm |

So Colorado becomes the first #12 seed in big 12 history to win a game at the tourny.
With that loss Baylor might be on the outside looking in, and if A&M wins it makes their chances alot better. |
