on lubbockonline.com it says this stuff, but it just says "more to come..."

I used to live by there when it was the Taco Bell and me and some friends stole the Taco Bell big menu thing from behind the counter. We had it hung up in our apartment. that's ghetto, son. Taco Bell goes hard in the paint.

On the news, the arch on top of the building that held the bell was blown over by the strong winds. When it fell over it crashed through the roof.

I don't think the Little Panda can be held responsible, but the landlord and the builders of the building could be. I also heard Taco Bell left because there was some roof problems.

so either Taco Bell or Little Panda is responsible!!

builders cant be held anymore. building too old

the owner of the building is always responsible. most likely Taco Bell owned the building and sold it to Little Panda. if Taco Bell never told the Little Panda ching chung people how bad the roof was, then Taco Bell is liable. But Little Panda should have known no matter what!

well, what will happen is the people will sue Little Panda, and in turn Little Panda will sue Taco Bell and then maybe taco bell will sue the builders. Lawsuits happen like that. One person sues one person, so they sue someone else for the same reason as the first person. It lets the courts decide who was really at fault.

neither little panda or taco bell own the building

they said it was some company that did, just leasing it out to both of them....so that company will be help responsible if it comes down to it.

of course on teh news the company that owns it did not respond to the news channels calls

Look at health inspections for asian food places. Always at least 7 criticals. Your normal restraunt will get 2 or 3. I was pissed. I live at 11th and Slide, and the backed up traffic made me late to work.

Look at health inspections for asian food places. Always at least 7 criticals. Your normal restraunt will get 2 or 3.

What's your point? This is about the integrity of the building, not their food handling procedures. It's not like salmonella or whatever caused the roof to collapse.

but if they're not concerned with health code violations, what other possibly dangerous things might they be overlooking?

it was clearly a scummy places in terms of food and atmosphere. it was in a damn 30 year old taco bell building that probably had the original roof.

i've come to learn that the more health inspection violations a place has, the better the food tastes...

better to go to the place that was just featured on tv for health violations than the one that hasn't been caught yet. unless it's a weekly occurance.

there are some places you go

you walk in. you look around. then say to yourself...

"This place has got to be paying off the health inspector"

you can almost guarentee the food kicks ass

I was trying to make a left turn on slide after 11th before I knew what had happened. Cars felt it necessary to pass the accident at 10 miles per hour so they could see it all, hence I couldn't get out
