How the hell do I do this? I have a video that's 102 mb, and I need to resize it to under 100 mb. Can someone either 1. do it for me, or 2. point me in the direction of a good video compression program?

Ok, this is annoying. I tried to sign up on collegehumor and bolt.com and both have a max of 100 kb. Are there any free sites where I can put something larger up?
