Its not the greatest piece of furniture but it would be nice for a backroom, porch or garage. Make an offer. If it doesnt sell soon Im just taking it to the junkyard.

I will seriously buy it for $1. Yes, it is a serious offer, Just because its way too low doesnt mean its not serious. If he really wants to get rid of it, which it looks like he does...

I'm not sure that consitutes as supply and demand but if you pick it up I will give it to you for a dollar.
