Looks like I'll probably be moving to Houston soon, and I plan to take as little with me as possible. It's still pending an official offer early next week, but i'm pretty sure I'm going within a few weeks at the latest (talkin to a couple other companies too).

Anyhow, I'll get pictures and prices up asap when I get back to Lubbock. I figured I'd go ahead and post a rough list to start in case anyone was looking for this kind of stuff. Stay tuned.

the 51" sony tv is still available, but there are a couple of people interested at the moment so I dunno how long it will stay that way.

This thread will be ongoing over the next couple weeks so keep an eye on it. I'll update it as much as I can. I'm not moving/lifting anything so if you buy a large item make sure you bring enough peeps to get it.

yes, i'm aware some of the stuff is dirty and/or dusty. this is lubbock.

it'll probably take me a few days to get all the specs/measurements/pics/prices up, just bear with me.

here's a shot of the couch, and you can see the aquarium in the background. there's one fish left (waiting for him to die before I tear the whole thing down). the tank will need to be cleaned up

I won't be separating any of the aquarium stuff, $30 takes it all (tank + light + backpack filter + heater + rocks & accessories + chemicals). I'll let yall know more on the couch as soon as I get a locked down offer. like the bed, it will be one of the last things to go.

if I recall without looking the printer is a HP PSC 1210, has barely printed half a cartridge, will let that go for $30. will throw in the paper and cd labels i have left too.

the AV stands, $50 takes them both, although you gotta give me a little time to clear one of them off.

star wars posters are the movie posters, all six movies, a couple of them are in nicer, heavier frames, I'll get pics of em asap. I know one or two are original movie posters, and will prob want to keep those, so i'll have to go through em and check.

oh, and also in that pic is the recliner to the left, two of the floor lamps, as well as the coffee table and one of the mirrors.

Lance would have to do that, but I'd suggest linking pics rather than doing them all with [IMG] tags.

Interested in the fish tank if no one buys it by the time Jason and I come to Lubbock (will be there on the 23rd mid-day)

What are the dimensions of the mirrors? How many are there? Might be interested if they're all like the one in the pic you posted.

Also might be interested in the large GF grill.

Will check back closer to the 23rd and see what we can work out!

Garage sale will be held this coming Saturday (may 12th) starting at 9:00 AM, at the NE corner of 25th & Avenue U. Most of this stuff in the OP is still available, as well as tons of other stuff I didn't list, as well as a whole other person's worth of stuff. everything will be cheap as hell so if you want something specific, get there early.

I bought it about 2 years ago and lived there while renting the other two rooms to various friends for cheap. I got a new job in Houston about about two months ago, so moved out, left it for my last roommate who just graduated and moved out. the housing market is terrible right now (if you're selling that is), so I'm renting it out through westmark realty.

It's basically an investment property for me now. I'm sure 5-10 years from now, that area of town will be prime. Just in the two years I lived there, two nearby run-down houses were torn down by the city, and 3 houses which are directly adjacent or diagonal to that one have been bought up, renovated, and rented to college students. Hopefully it'll make me some cash in the end. My land property value (not including the house) has gone up 50% just in the past year.
