you know, my brother who has autism has done a lot of shit that the school claims is "deliberate and purposeful". Unless you have lived with a special needs child its really hard to understand them. I agree with billy. They shouldnt be in regular schools, much less a regular classroom. Children like my brother who can talk and read just fine, they try to ween them back into the regular classroom. I remember when my brother was 5, some kid was being mean to him and calling him a retard and shit. My brother opened up the kid's lunch pale and peed in it. Not the best way to react to a situation, but he doesnt make the best of decisions. He did become quite popular with the high school kids for that though (went to a private school with preschool to highschool students). The school just made my brother clean up the mess... for a 5 year old...thats a big punishment.... a good punishment. Charging a kid with a crime? Thats fucking ridiculous. When are people going to remember that kids are KIDS, not adults.
