with some decent muscle, 250 is about right for 6'4". i'm 6'4" and when i was 250 i was in damn good shape.
one of my coworkers here is 248 lbs at 6'3" and he's a bulky mofo (lifts all the time and in good shape) |

For me it's because I have kidney problems. Meat and dairy are very protein-dense, so I don't eat/drink much. I also tend to stay away from tofu for the same reason. I eat lots of actual veggies, not this fake meat crap that a lot of vegetarians go for.
