I have been looking for this for a while... it seems to be hard to come by. Anybody ever looked or found it? Quiznos seems to dodge the question too. I know they're probably both pretty bad, I just want to know for a project I'm working on.

Wingstop is too lazy to calculate their crap, but here's a tad bit of info: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/for...php/t-1295.html

QUOTE (lamont's lament @ Sep 19 2006, 05:10 PM) buffalo is much better than wingstop no way and thanks spec for the info... those links were pretty much all i could find too. i usually get their 5 piece boneless original hot, and just ended up estimating it based on the boneless wings appetizer at chilis (which is about equal size). oh and after seeing the insane extent of chilis data available (here), i have to call bullshit on wingstop for not having their full info. and quiznos... their website is sad... they put the info on two sandwiches... small turkey light? gimme a break. i want to know what a regular chicken carbonara is (i'm sure it's 1200+ cals & 50+ fat). i know its bad but it's crappy that some restaurants like the chilis one will give all the info while others withhold it because they think people will quit eating there... i sure don't see chilis begging for business. |

You bring an interesting angle. In the past I've avoided boneless wings, since they are a bit more costly.
And when you plan on eating 14-20 wings, it adds up ! Once at buffalo I thought it was a good idea to eat the majority of a "large" basket of potato wedges, then 24 wings. Christ I was gonna SPLODE ! -------------------- QUOTE (Lance) now we have some dude from argentina wondering how to fuck dogmeat |

This list has nutrition info for a lot of restaurants. I think there is a wing place on it, the nutrition info is probably comparable. |

yeah you can probably just count on it being about the same as a basket of chicken strips, then plus some for the sauce depending on which one you get. probably about double the fries of your standard fry order though.
