Mkay, shall we use this space to comment on new features in Firefox, bugs, etc? I know there's a MozillaWiki page on FF2 features, but that's somewhat out-of-date.

New features I've noticed thus far:
  • Spell checking. FF underlines in red words that it thinks are misspelled. I presume there's a feature in here somewhere to add words to their built-in dictionary, but I haven't found it yet.
  • "History" drop-down menu, pretty much the same as IE's.
  • "Themes" and "Extensions" in the Tools drop-down menu have been combined under "Add-Ons"
  • Better search engine manager. You can actually remove the default-installed yahoo, ebay, amazon, etc. search engines without having to manually delete them!
Bugs:
  • I'm using Nightly Testing Tools to force all of my extensions and themes to be enabled, so that might cause problems in itself. All I've noticed, though, is that if I'm using my usual theme, the "x" to close each tab doesn't appear. It's fine on the default theme, though.
  • Can't seem to change search engines in the little search bar... it looks stuck on the last one I was using, "Wikipedia&Google"

Never mind on the search engine bug... it seems to have resolved itself now.
