Everybody has their stuff they buy regularly at the store, what brands & flavors of stuff are your favorites? I saw a ton of stuff in a "best foods for men" article in men's health and found lots of good stuff, and want to see if anyone else has good ideas. Doesn't have to be healthy, just stuff ya like. If it's a unusual brand post a pic so it's easier to find at the store.
here's a few of mine: horizon organic milk - been drinkin this a couple years, really good stuff, has like 3-4 week fridge life. I get it at wal mart. ![]() louis rich turkey bacon - cooks suprisingly well in the microwave (it's pre-cooked, not raw) cedarlane beans, rice & cheese burritos - very tasty, not bad at all for ya ![]() skinny cow ice cream sandwiches ![]() sara lee whole grain white bread ![]() gatorade strawberry fierce ![]() pita chips - can't remember brand, some baked garlic parmesan pita chips from market street. they also have some habanero flavor. next time i get some i'll paste the brand. |

i was moved into an apartment with no kitchen so my options have been cut down.
so usually i'v egot some home pride wheat bread, dannon yogurt, honey bunches of oats and grapenuts, skippy natural peanut butter, chicken and turkey lunchmeats, some cheeses, and several different michelina frozen entrees. I stick with sandwiches, cereal, juice, and black bean and corn salsa. but my job has a meal plan so i can eat at the subway on campus every meal if i wanted. |

QUOTE (impala454 @ Jun 22 2006, 08:49 AM) here's those baked pita chips I was talkin about: "stacy's pita chips" ![]() THOSE CHIPS ARE FAN-FUCKIN-TASTIC! You can get 'em at Market Street? Good to know. I got a bag of the garlic parmesan at Costco a few weeks ago when I was in Albuquerque, and I've been hoping to find them here. I love ultra-crunchy snacks, and those chips are like big, tasty slabs of crunchy pita bread. And that organic milk is hands-down the best milk I've ever had. It's a bit expensive so I don't buy it that often, but it definitely has better flavor than normal milk. Good stuff there. |

QUOTE (Spectatrix @ Jun 22 2006, 11:02 AM) How is quinoa? I've heard of it but never tried it. It's pretty good, I actually think it's more tasty than brown rice so I eat more of it. And that's good because it's the only grain with a complete protein/all the essential amino acids. |
