I need a fucking digital camera, 'cause my Hungryman's Meal is a MASTERPIECE O_O

2 Whole Foods Salmon Filets, Seasoned and Spiced with premium Olive Oil, Red Peppers, Brown Sugar, Cilantro, and Szechuan Spices; Microwaved for 10 minutes. BUBBLIN'

A full steam basket's worth of mixed vegetables, salted slightly and olive oil added to water while steaming

1 cup of white rice, slowly cooked until fish complete in microwave.

Take it all out, serve it up, add additional spices (me, I like olive oil, red peppers, oragano and cheese shavings on my rice). DELICIOUS, FULFILLING, HEALTHY

microwaving doesn't count as cooking, sorry

plus it destroys the nutrients in the food, so basically you're trying to eat healthy for nothing

Breakfast was half a cantaloupe, lunch was half of some so-so frozen dinner sweet & sour chicken and a banana. Afternoon snack was kale chips and a couple of dill pickle spears. Dinner was crockpot chili and rice.

Yesterday I made some chocolate pudding from frozen bananas, water, honey, cocoa powder, and a dash of vanilla extract. That was downright nummy!

And right now I have flax crackers and sweet potato chips "cooking" in the dehydrator. Tomorrow I shall feast!

Vitamins, primarily. Enzymes are theoretically destroyed too, but that's not as well-documented. Steaming is one of the better methods of cooking.

Actually beef is one of the safest meats to eat raw.

Anywho, today's food!

Breakfast: half a cantaloupe again biggrin.gif
Lunch: pita wrap with sprouts, pineapple, onion, cucumber, and teriyaki sauce
Now: chai green tea with honey, had a bite of flax crackers a few minutes ago, but they still need more dehydrating to get nice and crispy
Dinner: probably mu shu from PF Chang's, hopefully with black mushrooms substituted for the pork

I need to get some more almond butter so that I can make almond milk and/or banana almond milkshakes again.

Steamed... fish... blink.gif

Oh, I'm sure it's possible and even practiced in some obscure parts of the world, but blink.gif I'd imagine that it takes far too long for a hungry stomach to steam from frozen to warm and juicy. Steamed fish isn't exactly an oddity... as for a solid container, get an electric food steamer: example

We have one and the rice bowl they come with is good not only for rice, but also for other things that are liquidy or contain bits that you don't want falling through the bottom of the steamer.

Also, what's everything think of the Goji Berry or Goji Juice? Anything to any of that?

Timbo

May not be as awesome as some people/companies say, but goji berries are definitely nutrient-rich.

I'm having strawberry crepes!

They consist of a cashew/macademia nut cheese (nuts blended with honey, vanilla, couple other things) wrapped in banana leather (dehydrated banana puree cut into strips) and topped with strawberry sauce. Yummy! I'd take a pic, except that Jim has our camera and he's in Dallas...
