The guy has gone 33 years without sleep and is still healthy... wow, I could get a lot of work done at night if I had this problem. -------------------- "There is a level of cowardice lower than that of the conformist: that of the fashionable non-conformist." |

QUOTE (Lancifer @ Feb 25 2006, 03:53 PM) some advanced buddhist monks can go without sleeping or eating/drinking... all they need is sunlight and it refreshes them somehow I can't find a picture of the "Alives" from Armitage III. The mind is supposed to go insane after a few nights without sleep. I believe canadian military did a study, gave some guys that blocked the neurotransmitter or something so the people would not sleep, have not seen any results from it. Searching PsychInfo at the library should pop up some articles. I suggest "insomnia" or "sleep deprivasion" as searches http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Micro-sleep he could be using something like micro-sleep without realizing it. :edit: funky tags |

QUOTE (Divergent Reality @ Feb 25 2006, 03:54 PM) shit, ive only played the first... theres 8 now? Yeah. It's a PS2 game - it was released Nov 15th. I should download ROMs for the first few games. It looks like 1-4 were Famicom/NES, 5 and 6 for Super Famicom/SNES. Edit: My bad, 5 and 6 were never released in the US. I can probably find ported ROMs, though.
