I don't know what Congress' infatuation with honoring someone immediately after their death. Remember when Reagan died and there was talk about putting him on currency?! I think there should be a waiting period after the death so that people can get their emotions in check before putting out these ridiculous bills.

This thread offends me...
Why? Because Pelosi may have said something decent for once (on a very minor issue, mind you), but I personally feel Pelosi is one of the worst people to ever serve a government position in our country. Words cannot describe my hatred for that snake. |

I do not like Pelosi either but it is a good thing that she knocked this kind of resolution to the curb, even if I disagree with her on other issues.
