I fucked my ex girlfriend last night
It wasn't a recent ex or anything. It was my high school sweetheart I dated first semester in college. She was a virgin and i never fucked her when I was with her. She cheated on me in December of 99 with this douchebag and we broke up. I always harbored some resentment because I was her first love and she wouldn't give it up to me. But after we broke up she lost it to some idiot she didn't even care about, just to see what sex was like I hadn't even seen her in 8 years. Last time I saw her was the night I turned 21. She randomly IMed me last night and we got to talking. For some reason, I started hitting on her and told her to come over. She did I did this knowing full well she'd get in trouble if she came over. Not with her parents, but with her husband. Yeah, she's married. Has been for more than a year. She told him she was going to her parents' house to wrap presents or some shit. Whoopsies. I should probably feel bad right about now. Unfortunately, I don't have time for regret. I have to go Christmas shopping then play golf -------------------- ![]() ![]() |

On a serious note Will, once you're done bragging that you banged a married lady, you should probably tell the husband some how. Wouldn't you want someone to look out for your ass? -------------------- ![]() |

Will is a douchebag.
That bitch is a worthless cunt. You've been posting some "golden" threads in the past year, Will. You seem to be a quasi-voyeur with the amount of personal info you love to brag about (though, absolutely none of it has been worthy of bragging). Either way, I hope that husband beats the shit out of you and divorces that whore. -------------------- |

Kudos will
-------------------- A psychotic world we live in. The madmen are in power. How long have we known this? Faced this? And--how many of us do know it? Perhaps if you know you are insane then you are not insane. Or you are becoming sane, finally. Waking up. I suppose only a few are aware of all this. Isolated persons here and there. But the broad masses... what do they think? All these hundreds of thousands in this city, here. Do they imagine that they live in a sane world? Or do they guess, glimpse, the truth...?

I'm the type of person that feels if a person knows someone is cheating on a spouse with them, they are just as guilty. In fact, infidelity is illegal in the military, and people will serve jail time if they cheat. I think informed involved parties can spend time in jail as well.

it this regard i can't bitch at Will. i don't go about creating threads over it, but here's the deal::
i don't cheat. if i wanna fuck around, i'll be single and do it. but when i am single, i am very bad about helping others cheat. i don't feel i am responsible for that persons marriage, she conciously made the choice to cheat and that whole "he seduced me!" crap is bullshit. if a woman is so dimwitted to fall for a seduction and cheat on the man she loves then she is very obviously below men and does not deserve to be treated as equal. i however do not believe women are below men, so therefore she's made her own damn bed, she can sleep (or fuck) in it. there is obviously already a problem with the marriage, or relationship. better that it falls through early, rather than 10-20 years down the line -------------------- |

Nope, only the military person. When you sign up for the military, you give away a bunch of rights. Well, I know a military spouse can go to jail. I know a guy that lives at my apartment complex whose ex wife is in jail for cheating on him. I guess what I meant is if they cheat with another person who is in the armed forces. Usually that is what happens. A military spouse will cheat on her husband while he is deployed with another person who is in the military. They can both go to jail, and they both should. Problem is trying to prove that the other party knew the woman was married. Easy to do though when the two men are friends (likely situation)

You should ask him if she was in the service at the time or was it a state law that sent her to jail. I can tell you that the other guy could be court marshaled, but not the civilian wife. -------------------- Southern Rock, beer and bears!

That would make very little sense. Civilian spouses should only be subject to civilian law. A lot of what I do can affect my husband. That's what I know. If I am late for an appointment on post, my husband can be held accountable for it. I'm sorry, but it makes perfect sense to me to hold spouses at the level of military discipline. They should know. It would only stand to reason that if a civilian wife cheats on her spouse while he is overseas then she should spend time in jail. That dude that I know, his wife cheated on him while he was in Iraq. He never said anything about her being in the military, but who knows. Maybe she was. I just know that when I am on post, I have a lot more rules I have to follow.

IF AND ONLY IF the spouse lives on the military base or the transgression took place on the military base. If they can be arrested for cheating in their own home and they live off base, THAT is scary. The military shouldn't have that kind of power or authority over people not in the military. I hate the armed forces anyway. My roommate is a Marine who did two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan. Some of the shit he told me is beyond criminal. Some of the hazing and torture. Pull that shit in a frat house and you spend the next 20 years in prison. But the military can get away with it without repercussion. -------------------- ![]() ![]() |

Pull that shit in a frat house and you spend the next 20 years in prison. But the military can get away with it without repercussion. The unit my husband is in has done 3 tours in Iraq and is gearing up for a tour in Afghanistan in Jan '10. They are to date, the most deployed unit in the Army. Honestly, when you have been deployed that many times (not that my husband has. I'm speaking for others in his brigade) and have risked your lives that many times, you become very jaded by people who don't appreciate you having your life on the line for them. When those same people shoot a gun at you, it gets even worse. I have yet to know a single person in the military who didn't have sympathy for Iraqi women or children, especially children. My friend Charlie that I went to elementary school with, is stationed out here as well. He belongs to the 4th brigade who is now just returning from their 3rd tour in Iraq. Charlie came back in April, however. He had a good portion of his hand blown off in fighting. He didn't lose any fingers, but he has a nice gaping hole on the palm of his hand. That is NOTHING compared to what others have gone through over there. Go spend a few days in a "Warriors in Transition" Hospital. The biggest two are Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) in San Antonio, TX, and Walter Reed Medical Center in D.C. Because I got a lot of my health care at BAMC, I saw a lot of things that were truly saddening. CNN would cover a lot of the soldiers out of BAMC as well. Burn victims who have not a normal piece of skin from the top of their heads to the toes of their feet. Those people are sometimes also missing their nose and limbs because they just burned completely off. Other soldiers are missing both legs. Others are missing both hands. We can talk all day about the lives that were lost over there, but there are lives still being lived who have permanently been scarred beyond all recognition. Trust me, shit does go on over there that definitely should not be happening, but our soldiers need our support because 9 out of 10 of them are just doing their job the best way they know how. |

Why? Do you think all cheating spouses should spend time in jail? That question has really nothing to do with my point. My point is that your husband is off fighting in a war and you fuck another man? That is probably one of the the shittiest things you could do in a marriage. I think infidelity is wrong, but I think it's even worse when you do it under those circumstances. I think it's made EVEN worse when you do it with another person who is in the military.

Lance, tell me how ridding them of a dictator who killed hundreds of thousands of people is not aiding them. Our troops aren't there mercilessly killing people. Most lives that are lost are because their own people are strapping bombs to themselves and blowing themselves up in crowded market areas.

i agree with this, i don't think they should be thrown in jail though, but them being tarred and feathered i would support or perhaps instead of punishing people for the effect, we should work on removing the cause.... it would be better if wives weren't sluts and actually had a bit more morality to keep their legs closed. it's not the systems fault the wife is a whore. the fear of punishment shouldn't be what holds your relationship together, it should be voluntary. if it's not voluntary, then why the hell are they together in the first place? and i find it to be repulsive that the military might have the audacity to interfer in relationships like that. force someone to be faithful to you simply because you're in the military... sounds alot like slavery prostitution to me.. Civilians should be treated equally under the law -- it shouldn't matter whether your spouse is civilian or military. Perhaps adultery should be criminalized altogether, but for now it's not. Edit: I'm not denying that it's a downright shitty thing to do, I just don't think that a person should be prosecuted differently just because of who they're married to. They chose to be married to someone in the armed forces. SO?!? They didn't sign a different marriage contract. They didn't sign anything with the military giving away their rights. WHY should they be subject to different laws? Should they only be jailed if they cheat while their spouse is overseas? What if they cheat while they're stationed state-side? Or if their spouse is just in the Coast Guard and out on a ship for a few weeks? Either ALL civilians should be prosecuted for infidelity or NONE should. Why the fuck should military spouses be any different? -------------------- |

That may be the case. Like I already said, maybe there is more to the story with this guy at my complex than I am aware of. I still wouldn't see a problem with them being subject to the same punishments when it comes to infidelity.

Sorry for the heated responses to your posts, btw. While I often disagree with you, I usually understand where you're coming from. E.g. if you thought all adultery should be illegal, I would disagree, but understand. *shrugs*

I just didn't want to open myself up to attacks for saying that.

Silly girl, that makes more sense than saying it should be illegal just for military spouses.

that's why kanye recommends prenups
we could do the usual thing, and list dozens of examples where a criminal code of infidelity would be a common harm instead of a good. But would that get us anywhere? Either way, i agree with the razzing on Will. Seems like every time he has an adventure, takes a shit, comes up with an idea, he wants everyone to know about it and comment on it. And that's fine, but c'mon just admit you enjoy the attention. |

Guys
we already solved this shit Military wives have to follow military rules while on post. If they aren't on post then they can go fuck to their hearts content. Of course, if I were her I wouldn't do that shit especially since my husband would have access to FIREARMS. -------------------- "Ah, y'know it's funny, these people they go to sleep, they think everything's fine, everything's good. They wake up the next day and they're on fire."

I fucked my ex girlfriend last night It wasn't a recent ex or anything. I have to go Christmas shopping then play golf you know what the learning factor is in this story that it wasnt something you did that she cheated on you as i look at it. . . you won twice over! |
