Is there a place to send comments or concerns? I mean, your account could be down for 4 weeks because it would take them a while to get to your message, but at least you would eventually get it back. Back when that heroes app started, we created multiple accounts (like 4 plus our original) so we could beef up our main characters...haven't touched that game in months, but I guess they decided to ban us anyway. I knew I should have closed the other accounts, but alas...I forgot to. Yeah, I rarely used Facebook anyway. Though I did use it to keep in contact with a select few friends. Funny thing is I was never warned at all for that issue...figured they would have at least warned me first. -------------------- |

how would they know you had multiple accounts unless you put your personal info in each one? |
